Victorian House
We appointed Chris to build a significant extension to our Victorian house in addition to undertaking a complete refurbishment of the existing house. The project over 2500 Square ft in total included complex steel and foundation engineering. We appointed Chris because we felt he offered the best overall value for money. Through out the build Chris was always available and contactable and was always happy to meet at any time to discuss progress or any concerns we may of had. This was so refreshing and gave us the confidence to proceed with project knowing that we were in safe hands. In the end we believe we got a high quality product and we are now enjoying living in our wonderful new home!
Garden Work
We were very impressed by the quality of the work carried out on our property by Chris. Chris constructed a walled garden joining a garage. It has made a very significant improvement to our property. We are delighted with the results. Both he and his team showed respect both to our family,(which included our four children),and to our property. We received excellent communication throughout from Chris. His prices were both competitive and reasonable and we feel we received good value for money. Chris is a very approachable person with a good sense of humour so contact with him was always made easy and he made himself available throughout the build. We received a high quality of workmanship and will and already have,highly recommended him to others.All in all, a job very well done!
